Shipping policy

We ship orders from the United States using USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and weight.

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive tracking information when available.

International Orders: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping price paid at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or the destination country's postal service.
